Guest Guidelines

APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

​

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of $50.

  • No-shows will be charged the applicable fee on file.

    We understand emergencies happen — please communicate with us as soon as possible.

PAYMENTS & GIFT CARDS

  • All services require a valid card on file.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may be used toward any available service.

  • Gift card balances may be applied across providers within PRISMA.

  • Gift cards are only valid from purchase date.

REFUND POLICY

​

  • All service sales are final.

  • Prepaid services, packages, and promotions are non-refundable.

  • Funds may be transferred to another service of equal value with the same provider.

PACKAGES & SERIES

​

  • Package pricing reflects a discounted commitment.

  • Expiration terms (if you have them).

  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved by management.

MEDICAL & INJECTABLE SERVICES

​

  • Results vary by individual.

  • A consultation may be required before certain treatments.

  • Injectables are administered by licensed medical professionals.

CHILDREN & GUESTS

​

  • For safety and relaxation, children may not accompany guests during treatment unless arrangements are made prior to your service with your provider.

PRIVACY & SOCIAL MEDIA

  • We respect your privacy.

  • Photos are only taken with written consent.

  • Testimonials are shared only with permission.
