we value your time and ours. The following policies help us protect appointment availability, maintain fairness among providers, and ensure every guest receives exceptional care.
APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of $50.
No-shows will be charged the applicable fee on file.
We understand emergencies happen — please communicate with us as soon as possible.
PAYMENTS & GIFT CARDS
All services require a valid card on file.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may be used toward any available service.
Gift card balances may be applied across providers within PRISMA.
Gift cards are only valid from purchase date.
REFUND POLICY
All service sales are final.
Prepaid services, packages, and promotions are non-refundable.
Funds may be transferred to another service of equal value with the same provider.
PACKAGES & SERIES
Package pricing reflects a discounted commitment.
Expiration terms (if you have them).
Packages are non-transferable unless approved by management.
MEDICAL & INJECTABLE SERVICES
Results vary by individual.
A consultation may be required before certain treatments.
Injectables are administered by licensed medical professionals.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
For safety and relaxation, children may not accompany guests during treatment unless arrangements are made prior to your service with your provider.
PRIVACY & SOCIAL MEDIA
We respect your privacy.
Photos are only taken with written consent.
